He addresses the physical, social and emotional well-being of every client and offers strategies for staying on the straight and narrow. He also offers extensive help to the family, friends and loved ones of a newly sober client.
sometimes i get this question
"I can’t afford sober living"
My response to this type of complaint is “Your sobriety is the most important part of your life. If you do not stay sober you will lose everything else. Don’t go cheap on your sobriety”. Though we do understand the challenges of finances in the beginning of sobriety we have seen 100’s of guests find jobs and pay rent.
We believe our houses are priced so that anyone with a $ 15-an-hour job should be able to afford rent.

Pastor Dave has been involved in Christian counseling, working with groups and individuals for over 25 years. Having earned his counseling degree from Trinity College of the Bible and Seminary, Dave also has certificates in pre-marriage and in marriage counseling. Addiction Counseling and many years of A.A. and Al-Anon experience help Dave to work from an empathetic position having lived a life of abuse, addiction, co-dependency, sexual issues, depression, anxiety (fear response), and Godlessness. Through many years of determination, the influence of Godly people, and of course the love and mercy of a forgiving God, Dave has responded to the call and gift to assist people along the path of their journey through online counseling. Each interaction is uniquely crafted to meet folks where they are and come along side as they begin their own healing process.
